This is a ground floor opportunity for the right person with the knowledge and experience to manage a kitchen in a Brewery Pub & Grill setting.  This position will begin as part-time, but will increase as the operation develops.  We may have additional hours in other departments to compensate for full-time if desired.

Responsibilities:

  • "Scratch Cooking"
  • Experienced in specialty food items
  • To be able to follow recipes consistently
  • Consistent plate presentation
  • Perform with little or no supervision
  • Understand par levels, inventory control
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for hours
  • Follow proper health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Menu item creation, knowledge of cook to order prep
  • Maintain a clean and organized cook line according to the men and item preparation

 

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
